12 Week OPPAT Prep Program
Objective:
To prepare paramedic students for the OPPAT through building strength, endurance, agility, and overall fitness essential to passing the OPPAT.
Program Overview:
This 12-week program is designed to enhance physical capabilities crucial for paramedic students, focusing on strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and functional movement. Each week consists of four main training days.
Note:
You must have access to regular gym equipment.
On Week 12 there will only be two training days. Please complete 3-4 days prior to your testing date.
